SUT Invites All to Watch, Cheer, and Host the 13th ASEAN Para Games with Warmth and Friendship
Suranaree University of Technology (SUT) invites personnel, students, and the people of Nakhon Ratchasima to become part of this international sporting event for athletes with disabilities, the 13th ASEAN Para Games. Thailand has been honored to host this competition from January 20 – 26, 2026, in Nakhon Ratchasima province. We invite you to watch and cheer for the Thai national team, while joining us in welcoming athletes and delegates from ASEAN member countries with warmth and friendship as co-hosts of the tournament.

The 13th ASEAN Para Games will take place from January 20 – 26, 2026, with Thailand serving as the host nation and Nakhon Ratchasima acting as one of the primary venues. In this regard, SUT has supported the organization of the event in several key areas:
● Athletes’ Village: Serving as the residence for 1,000 athletes and staff.
● Facilities: Hosting meetings and personnel training, serving as the venue for disability classification, and acting as the competition venue for Cycling.
● Mission: This reflects the university’s role in driving international activities and building a positive image for the country within the ASEAN arena.

For the competitions held in Nakhon Ratchasima, athletes from ASEAN countries will compete for a total of 493 gold medals across 19 sports and 2 demonstration sports. Competition Sports: Athletics, Archery, Badminton, Blind Football, Football CP, Boccia, Chess, Cycling, Goalball, Judo, Powerlifting, Shooting, Swimming, Table Tennis, Sitting Volleyball, Wheelchair Basketball, Wheelchair Fencing, Wheelchair Tennis, and Bowling.
Demonstration Sports: Lawn Bowls and Wheelchair Rugby.
