A test of english proficiency administered
by the university is required for applicats whose native language is not English. However,
students with recent TOEFL, or IELTS scores of 550 (or 213 on CBT) or 6.5 respectively,
are not required to take the proficiency test.

their transcripts and the least three letters or recommendation along with the application
