       1. To make students well-rounded in terms of using English in the field of science and technology.
       2. To inspire students to learn on their own by using modern learning materials and technology.
       3. To provide students with a foundation for seeking knowledge in their fields of study.
       4. To equip students with skills in reading, reasoning, and researching needed in writing and speaking according to the level of difficulty of each course.
       5. To provide education and encourage self-development appropriate for students from different backgrounds in terms of their knowledge, skills, and experience in English.
