Scheme 1 : Research option
The
student will do a doctoral research thesis without taking any course work. The
thesis work for the student with a bachelor’s degree is equivalent to at least 96
credits and for a student with a master’s degree is at least 64 credits.
Scheme 2 : Regular
option
The regular option requires the student to undertake both course work and a research
thesis. For those with a bachelor’s degree, at least 64 credits of research thesis
and at least 32 credits of course work are required for graduation. Those with a
master’s degree need to complete at least 48 credits of research thesis and 16 credits
of course work. This scheme requires:
